Before Blanxer, I ran Wrapsy Nepal — a gift wrapping and delivery business. Every day was chaos. Orders came through Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, and phone calls. There was no system.
I tried Shopify. Too expensive. Not localized for Nepal. Payment integrations didn't work. Logistics was manual. Customer data was scattered across 5 different apps.
I looked for solutions built for Nepal. Nothing existed. So I built one myself.
That's when the idea became clear: Nepal doesn't need more website builders. Nepal needs a real selling operating system.
